What you're signing up for
SendACrew sends transactional text messages about jobs on your account — job alerts when a nearby job matches a contractor's skills, arrival updates, PIN codes, and invoices. These messages relate only to work orders you post or are matched to; SendACrew does not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
How you opt in
SMS opt-in happens in exactly one place: the consent checkbox on the SendACrew app's account signup screen, unchecked by default. Consent is never inferred from creating an account, posting a job, or any other action — you must affirmatively check the box.
Sharing your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and aggregators solely as needed to deliver the messages themselves. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on how many jobs are posted to or matched on your account — there is no fixed number of messages per period. Msg and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any SendACrew text at any time to opt out; you'll receive no further messages, and this is confirmed by a one-time final text. Reply HELP to any SendACrew text for assistance, or contact hello@sendacrew.com. Opting out of SMS does not close or affect your SendACrew account — job status is always visible in the app regardless of text preferences.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary; SendACrew is not responsible for carrier-side delivery issues.
